It seems to be related to sliding out the keyboard while some screen is redrawing. Never had #2 (excluding surprise dead batteries in the morning), though I have had it turn itself on in my pocket (eg on planes). Never noticed the rest of the problems you mentioned but my brother's did fail (touchscreen issues) before the 2yr contract was up but after warranty. I'm looking forward to getting a non-Samsung phone soon - probably iPhone, which is designed by people who pay attention to detail! I have more problems with the Ally than I do the Rogue. I lied, I do have one problem with Rogue, it did not support Pandora, which sucks. I am still having the same issues with my new one! I am so frustrated, i just need to get a new type of phone. i payed retail for the rogue and am so mad that it turned out to be a crappy phone :/ just my rant...
